2. You will require the free version of Sketchup to open this file.  Go to https://www.sketchup.com/plans-and-pricing/sketchup-free and sign up for a free account.
3. Once you’re all setup with the free version of SketchUp, from your Home page select ‘open from device’ and select the unzipped file Garden Office 14×10.skp
