1. Unzip your download by right-clicking on it and selecting ‘unzip’ or simply double-click on the zip file.  You should now have a file called: 8×4 Garden Room Pro Build.skp
2. You will require the free version of Sketchup to open this file.  Go to (https://www.sketchup.com/plans-and-pricing/sketchup-free) and sign up for a free account.
3. Once you’re all set up with the free version of SketchUp, from the Home page select ‘open from device’ and select the unzipped file 8×4 Garden Room Pro Build.skp
