Refund Policy for Digital Shed and Garden Building Plans

Thank you for purchasing our digital shed and garden building plans! I am committed to delivering high-quality, easy-to-follow plans for your project. Due to the nature of digital products, please review our refund policy below.

1. Digital Product Disclaimer

All purchases of digital shed and garden building plans are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods. Once you have downloaded or accessed the files, we cannot issue a refund, as it is impossible to return a digital product.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties downloading or opening the file, please contact us for assistance. We may issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same plan multiple times, please contact us within 7 days to request a refund for the duplicate purchase.
  • Incomplete or Corrupted File: If the file is corrupted or incomplete, please reach out to me for assistance in receiving a functional file. If I am unable to provide an accessible copy, a refund may be issued.

3. Non-Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: Due to the immediate accessibility of digital files, refunds are not available for simply changing your mind.
  • Compatibility Issues: Please ensure that you have the appropriate software and tools to open and view the files, as we cannot provide refunds for compatibility issues with your device. Files are provided in PDF format and SketchUp files can be accessed on most computer browsers.
  • Project Outcome: We cannot guarantee the results of your building project, as results depend on a variety of factors, including skill level, tools, materials, and adherence to the provided plans.

4. Responsibility for Local Planning and Safety Requirements

Before purchasing and using our shed and garden building plans, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • Local Planning Regulations: You have checked with local authorities or a relevant regulatory body to determine if any planning permissions or restrictions apply to your project. Our plans are designed for general use and may not comply with all regional building codes, zoning requirements, or permit needs.
  • Safety Precautions: You have taken the necessary steps to ensure a safe work environment. Building projects involve potential risks, including the use of tools and construction materials. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they follow all applicable safety standards, use the correct tools and equipment, and, if necessary, consult a professional or hire licensed contractors.

Note: I cannot be responsible for any legal or safety issues arising from non-compliance with local regulations or inadequate safety measures. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of local compliance or safety concerns.

5. Requesting a Refund

  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
  • Details of the issue, including any screenshots if applicable.

I aim to review and process refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
